Past Programmes We Have Developed:
A Brief Guide to Our Services: PERFORMANCE COACHING PROGRAMMES
Something old, something new
Innovation is part of our way of life at GKA, we tried five new types of coaching programmes with clients who had asked us for special kinds of help. The new programmes were so successful we have decided to launch them as part of our standard offering, alongside the tried-and-tested programmes that we have been offering, in response to steady demand from our clients, for some considerable time now.
Later on in this guide we brief you on the 'tried-and-tested' part of our offering. Right now, we would like to tell you about the five new programmes and how they can help you and your company achieve even better performance.
The five new programmes are:
- Coaching for the lead groups in the company
- Coaching for expatriate executives
- Coaching for improved self-image and presentation
